This kit faithfully reproduces the aircraft shape and coloring of the flickering flame "phantom" with new modeling. The body shape is intricately designed with outstanding proportions, while the distinct coloring is achieved through parts division. Details such as the head, chest reliefs, arms, and legs are meticulously reproduced using molds and separate parts. The green, red, and white colors from the show are faithfully captured in this model.

This Phantom Gundam features a wide range of motion and dynamic poses thanks to the HG format's latest calculated technology. The arms have double joints at the shoulder roll axis and elbows, allowing for flexible movements and the option to use the included open hand parts to recreate scenes from the series. The back wing and side skirt have multi-axis structures for vertical and horizontal deployment, providing flexibility in posing. The legs include roll axes at the hip and thighs, double-jointed knee joints, and vertical movable toes for versatile posing possibilities.

The kit also comes with special effect parts to recreate the activation of the impressive "Phantom Light" that covers the entire body.
