This model features gimmicks that are inspired by real-world applications, such as intricate details that represent the openings to ballast tanks found on submarines, as well as integrated sonar equipment that enhances its appearance. The trademark claws of this MS now resemble a finely crafted sword.
This model kit includes 8 runners, 8 realistic decals, and 1 instruction manual. No glue is necessary for assembly, but a hobby nipper will be needed to remove parts from the runners. The colored plastic used in this kit requires minimal to no paint application in order to achieve a replica-like appearance.
